Terms and conditions
By placing an order with Christina's Cake Pops, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We aim to ensure a smooth and delightful experience for every customer.

Ordering and responsibilities
When you place an order, you agree to any additional charges that may apply to your custom cake pops. Once your order has been handed over, Christina's Cake Pops is not responsible for any damage that may occur. We are unable to replace damaged cake pops after they have left our care.

Payment policies
A 40% deposit of your total order is required upon placement. This can be paid via Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or delivery and can be paid with cash, check, or the digital payment options listed above. If there is a problem with your payment, we will not begin preparing your order until the issue is resolved and an alternative payment method has been arranged.

Order cancellation
Should you need to cancel your order, please note that the 40% deposit made at the time of order placement is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as this covers initial costs and preparation.

Care and handling of cake pops
Once your order has been handed off, Christina's Cake Pops is no longer responsible for its condition and will not remake items. Cake pops can remain outside of the refrigerator or freezer for up to one week. To extend freshness, place them in an airtight container; they will last up to two more weeks in the refrigerator or one to two months in the freezer. Please be aware that cake pops will melt if exposed to temperatures above 78°F, or in a car or outside temperatures above 70°-72°F.
